The registration fee is $140/person (see refund policy later on this webpage). If applying for a work scholarship, then your registration fee is $80 (subject to acceptance, based on a first-come, first-serve basis).

1. Click on the link provided below to be taken to a secure webpage. Please fill out all appropriate fields. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form when complete.
Please Note: If your transaction is not approved, you may use your browser's back arrow to return to a blank form and fill it out again. Please verify that all information has been accurately entered into each field. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form when complete again. If your transaction comes back unapproved again, then please contact your bank/credit card company.
2. If your transaction is approved, you will then be taken to the "Payment Results" page. Please print and/or take a copy of this page as your receipt/for your files. This will serve as your record of this transaction. (We will also receive a record of the transaction and updates on its processing status.)
3. When ready, please click on the "Return" button. This will return you to the MCDC website from the secure transaction website.
4. Within 8 business days of this transaction, you should receive an email confirmation from the dance event registrar (Russell Frank). If you do not receive such an email in a timely manner, please fill out the form on MCDC's "Contact Us" webpage (located in the top right-hand navigation of this page). We will look into any issues and contact you as soon as we can.
Please Note: All transactions are considered to be nonrefundable; however, prior to September 15, 2017, consideration will be given for extenuating circumstances and any refunds made under such circumstances will be subject to a processing fee ($35.00). From September 15, 2017 on, any refunds will be dependent upon our ability to find a replacement for you.
